This policy explains how Monkey Royal Marketing handles information when you visit this website or use the optional AI chat and lead form. We are based in Queens, New York, and serve clients worldwide.
Information you enter
We collect conversation messages, including what you send and the AI assistant’s replies, along with the time of each message. If you submit the lead form inside chat, we also collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional business name, and what you need help with. We use these details to respond to inquiries, understand your needs, and follow up with you. Saved messages also let you return to your conversation. Submitting the form saves your inquiry; it does not open your email app or automatically send an email.
Only submit details you want the agency to use for your inquiry. Do not share passwords, access keys, payment card details, or other sensitive information. The chat attempts to remove recognizable credentials, but automated detection is not a guarantee. If you share a real credential, change or revoke it and contact the agency by email for secure next steps.
AI replies and agency access
The assistant sends recent chat messages to OpenAI to generate replies. The application does not request that OpenAI store the conversation as a stored completion, but OpenAI may process or retain request data under its own service policies. Read the OpenAI privacy policy for details. AI replies may be inaccurate and are not guarantees, bookings, or a final service agreement.
We store conversations and lead details securely in the website’s private database. Agency access is protected by a password protected admin area where the owner can review inquiries. No online system can guarantee complete security. We never sell your personal information. Records do not automatically expire. For data questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email hello@monkeyroyalmarketing.com. Do not include passwords or access keys in that request.
If you choose a website voice call, your browser asks for microphone permission. Voice calls on the website and our phone number are handled by Vapi and its speech and AI providers. Call transcripts, call times, duration, and technical call details are stored by Vapi so the agency can review and respond to inquiries. Phone calls may also include caller identification. Audio recording is disabled in our assistant configuration, but audio is processed to provide the conversation. Calls are limited to ten minutes. You can use text chat or email instead. For voice data or deletion requests, use the contact email above.
Website and hosting information
When a website is requested, hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as network address, browser details, and requested page as part of delivering and protecting the site. Hosting provider practices, including log retention, depend on the provider and its configuration.
Cookies, maps, and other services
An essential browser cookie identifies your chat conversation and is renewed for up to 180 days when you open chat. Clearing cookies or using another browser starts a separate conversation; it does not delete saved records. The admin area uses an essential sign in cookie lasting up to eight hours. This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising pixels.
The Service Areas page includes a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading it sends requests to OpenStreetMap servers, which may receive your IP address and technical request information. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Website images, fonts, and the logo are served from this website. If you choose to follow a consultation link to Calendly, that service’s privacy practices apply.
Choices and questions
You can browse without opening chat or submitting a contact form. You can email the agency directly instead. Email you choose to send is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s service under their practices.
